Self Motivation tips

No one could have a motivation rather than motivation. motivation as coming from ourselves instead of someone else.

There are some self motivation tips:

1. Reflect on what we do, and then write on a piece of paper.

To be able to self-motivation against us, we know what we want to achieve goals. Then we have to develop a short-term planning and long term. Which path we choose, should be supported and appropriate logic. We can not choose the path that we know will not be able to live. Finally, we will find is a failure and despair before we can achieve our goals.

After writing our goals with plans to do to achieve it, stick the paper in place that we see with increasing frequency. Then the mirror in the room, in closets, on walls, or where we believe we will see and read often. Every day, we should at least see and read at least 5 times. That’s what we do, still remembers the goals we want to achieve.

2. Off Delay

4. Have fun
