  • Data linked to the device used to collect data
  • Geotagged data
  • Services used, cookies
  • Local storage (we may collect and store data – including personal data – on the device of the user, thanks to storage on the web browser for instance (including HTML 5) and the data cache.
  • All the data put on the platform:
    • Annotations
    • Annotation details (title, description, etc.)
    • Comments
    • Files

Redbird Platform Account: Redbird collects, and is associated with your account, information like your name, email address, phone number, payment info, and physical address. Some of our services let you access your accounts and your information with other service providers.

Data: The data we collect allows us to provide, manage, protect and improve our services, to develop new and protect our users as well as ourselves.  All data submitted to the platform is accessible for Redbird S.A.S.  We have the right to the necessary data after a drone flight, including photos, flight plans, logs etc.

Usage: We collect information from and about the devices you use to access the Services. Your devices (depending on their settings) may also transmit location information to the Services.

Cookies and other technologies: We use technologies like cookies and pixel tags to provide, improve, protect and promote our Services. For example, cookies help us with things like remembering your username for your next visit, understanding how you are interacting with our Services, and improving them based on that information.
