We collect and use information to provide, improve and protect our Services on our cloud platform:
Redbird reserves the right to make changes or updates with respect to or in the content of the websites or the format thereof at any time without notice. Redbird also reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to any website for any reason whatsoever at its sole discretion.

We collect information given:
- When a new user is subscribing or is updating their profiles.
- When a user is asking something to Redbird or is sending us complimentary data (topographic surveys for instance).
The following data are compulsory for Redbird to extract maps and analytics:
- Flight data (photo, flight plan, flights, logs etc.)

- Local storage (we may collect and store data – including personal data – on the device of the user, thanks to storage on the web browser for instance (including HTML 5) and the data cache.

- Annotation details (title, description, etc.)
Redbird Platform Account: Redbird collects, and is associated with your account, information like your name, email address, phone number, payment info, and physical address. Some of our services let you access your accounts and your information with other service providers.
Data: The data we collect allows us to provide, manage, protect and improve our services, to develop new and protect our users as well as ourselves. All data submitted to the platform is accessible for Redbird S.A.S. We have the right to the necessary data after a drone flight, including photos, flight plans, logs etc.
Usage: We collect information from and about the devices you use to access the Services. Your devices (depending on their settings) may also transmit location information to the Services.
Cookies and other technologies: We use technologies like cookies and pixel tags to provide, improve, protect and promote our Services. For example, cookies help us with things like remembering your username for your next visit, understanding how you are interacting with our Services, and improving them based on that information. You can set your browser to not accept cookies, but this may limit your ability to use the Services.
We may share information internally, but won’t sell it to advertisers or other third-parties.
Other applications: You can also give third parties access to your information and account. Just remember that their use of your information will be governed by their privacy policies and terms.
Law and order: We may disclose your information to third parties if we determine that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with the law; (b) protect any person from death or serious bodily injury; (c) prevent fraud or abuse of the Redbird platform or our users; or (d) protect Redbird’s property rights.
Stewardship of your data is critical to us and a responsibility that we embrace. We believe that our users’ data should receive the same legal protections regardless of whether it’s stored on our services or on their home computer’s hard drive.
Redbird has taken, and will continue to take, significant measures to provide a high level of security for your Customer Data. However, Redbird cannot guarantee the absolute security of information delivered to Redbird during your use of the Service and shall not be liable in any way for compromise of your Customer Data.
