The Instructional Designer is responsible for the design and development of Airware’s training offerings to internal and external customers, including end users, project managers, IT professionals, drone operators, and system administrators across all levels of the organization.

The focus of the Instructional Designer will be to:

  • Develop and maintain Airware training content.
  • Ensure that the training programs and materials consistently meet the needs of our customers and partners.

Must Have Criteria

  • 2 years of experience in developing training-related content.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, Organizational Design or similar program.

  • Determine learning objectives based on standard instructional design methodology.
